U.S. Insurance Company of America started as a mono-line liquor liability (commonly known as dram insurance) company in IL. It was not long after that the company began offering other products to liquor serving establishments. U.S. Insurance’s package policy for the hospitality industry includes property, liability, loss of business income, endorsements tailored to the individual client and of course liquor liability/dram shop insurance. The company’s policy is unique in that the liquor liability/dram shop coverage is not subject to an aggregate limit.

We now have a Special Event policy just for liquor liability/dram shop coverage, liquor liability/dram shop and general liability coverage or only general liability coverage.

Although, habitational accounts, warehouses, retail and wholesale stores and small service companies can be covered on our Business Owners Policy (BOP) we are still known best for our liquor liability/dram shop coverages. We are the liquor liability/dram shop experts.

Presentation of Logo

The U.S. Insurance logo is a custom drawn logo. The logo is made available in two variations - black text and white text - for usage with opposite background colors.
